Grapes: Grenache Blanc, Chardonnay, Rolle (Aka. Vermentino)
Farming: Organic farming
Aromatics: Fresh stone fruits, red apple and spices.
Palate: Lovely texture and vibrancy for this delicious and fresh dry white. Peach and apple on the mid palate with a dry and salty finish.
About the wine: Average 30 years old vines. Direct pressing, fermentation with natural yeast. Ageing 6 months in stainless steel tanks. No fining and light filtration. Incredible value for quality wine that punch way above its price point.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 2-3 years.
Service: 8 to 10 degrees C.
Food match: The perfect match for oysters and other seafood, salmon with sorrel, sushi, white meats, hard rind cheeses, fresh goat cheeses.
